Restaurante o churrasco, which can be found only 450 ft away, was a fast option. A great stay in Puerto del Carmen. Here we were right by few of our favorite spots such as playa chica beach.

Stayed at this place with my kids and it was great. Loved our new room with a nice view of the complex and the staff was super friendly. the location is convenient, whether you want to head to the old town or the new town - taxis are easily accessible. 🌟

liked the value for money
it said the pool was heated but wasnt.thought windows in second bedroom and bathroom were poorly fitted and filthy.beds arent comfortable if you sat on one side of the bed the other side would lift off the ground.sheets were torn but were clean.television expensive when you have children with you.overall though you wouldnt stay at home for 300e anywhere for a week!

The place was clean with a great staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner here, I had warm dishes. Plus it had the particularly good views. The location was great, the room was well-appointed. I enjoyed this hotel and did not want to leave there, strongly recommend to others.

The hotel staff were excellent, frriendly and speak several languages. The pool is clean and the surround is kept tidy. The bar area and lounge is spacious and airy. The restaraunt is clean but the food choice is limited and aimed more for the German tourist.

The staff in the hotel was really excellent, very helpful and ready to give information at any time about the island, places to visit car rental, etc. The pool was great, very relaxing and the apartments were very well equipped. Would definitely recommend to anyone, though especially if you have kids or just want to relax. We went on a short break to visit the island so was a good base to move from.
The only downside for us as a young couple perhaps was that it wasn't that close to the bars and the beach, i.e. not walking distance in heels! There was also the TV, which is sometimes nice to hear if only in the background, so being by payment wasn't so great, but we weren't there often enough, so not upsetting for us.

This was my 4th stay here and will be back again.
Bar closed fridays and no entertainment at night like there used to be also they didn't run kids club this yesr.
